During Daniel’s career in construction of close to two decades, he has completed over $350 million worth of construction projects, and has worked extensively throughout the building, design, and property industries. He began his career in the United Kingdom, obtaining a degree in Architecture from the prestigious University of Wales in Cardiff, before moving into the professional sphere.

He subsequently played a key role in various construction projects throughout the UK, later bringing his experience and expertise to Western Australia in 2010. Daniel has since worked on a multitude of construction projects in Perth and beyond, operating in both architectural and construction roles, taking on projects of all sizes and styles, from commercial to residential properties and more. In addition to Property Inspect WA, Daniel is the founder and director of one of Perth’s leading construction companies, Gwyth Jones.

Daniel is a proud family man with two young children. During his spare time, you’ll find Daniel being walked by his doberman, Banks! You might also see him on the golf course or at the beach for a morning dip in the sea.
